A bakery has been added to the locations of interest in Nelson’s Covid outbreak.
Ministry of Health information released on Thursday added the Kiwi Bakery at 9 Nayland Rd, between 12.05pm and 12.20pm last Friday and on Monday at the same times, to the locations of interest.
The bakery is on the same road as Broadgreen Intermediate, one of the schools where a positive Covid case has been confirmed. Visitors to the bakery at the relevant times have been advised to self-monitor for symptoms for 10 days after the exposure event.
If symptoms develop, get a test and stay at home until you get a negative test result and until 24 hours after symptoms resolve.

Other locations of interest released this week include Secrets Gentlemen’s Club, Hardy’s Bar & TAB, or 623 in the City.
Two Nelson schools are closed after two staff members tested positive for Covid 19.

The Warehouse, Nelson, Monday 29 November, 11am-11.30am.
Warehouse Stationery, Nelson, Monday 29 November, 10.30am-11am.
Hardy’s Bar & TAB in Nelson, Sunday November 28, 4pm-4.15pm.
Anyone who visited Secrets Gentlemen’s Club on November 27 between 5.30pm and 11.59pm, and on November 28 between 12am and 3am, is advised to self-isolate and get tested for the virus immediately.
They are also advised to get tested on day five after being exposed to the virus.
Other locations of interest in Nelson added on Wednesday include Two Dollar Things on Hardy St, Rattle n Hum Bar, and Z service station on Rutherford St.
